Bruising runs 3/4 of the way around my leg and encompasses 3/4 of my hamstring :(

Going to the doc Monday. I was hoping the pain was just from the swelling but it hasn't gotten any better. It's fine walking but if I actually push, or make an abductor or adductor movement it hurts like an SOB followed by a warm feeling.

Best way I know to describe it is if you were to put a stim unit on my leg, turn it all the way up, then switch it on....that's how it feels. Like I'm getting shocked.

Jeeez hopefully its just a deep bruise! I wrecked on a Seadoo in June going about 40mph to a deadstop - concussion, my entire quad was deep purple/yellow for weeks, barely walk but fortunatley no permanent damage/breaks/tears. Buuuuut then a month and half ago Im pretty sure I re-tore my meniscus (see my specialist on Tuesday). Haven't been able to consistently train legs since June.....the most frustrating thing ever.

Hi all. I'm still here. Monday will be my first day back in the gym since my shoulder injury, it feels great so I'm hoping to get back to where I was rather quickly.

Well supposedly just temporary nerve pain.....

But it sucks because only time will heal it. He said if it's not gone in 4 weeks we may need to dig deeper. So that will be 7 weeks of sitting on my ass :( So we will call this my bulking phase lol.

So rest, therapy, and prednisone.

Just posting up to provide motivation. My wife started hitting the gym 19 months ago and with nothing but gym and diet for a working mother of two she's lost 80lbs and has 15 more to go to hit her target. Black dress pix taken on Sept 19th so she's getting there.
