Has the new patch came out yet cause yesterday/last night still had a blue engram downgrade to green mangala skin but did have a legendary purple give me three shards of ascendant for upgrading my armor.

I think it'll be here before Sunday. It was supposed to take a week to drop, and that was last Friday.

Legendary engrams drop less often but it is still a guaranteed legendary item or weapon. Now I am just waiting for Xur to show up I think he will have a secondary or heavy weapon for sale this time cause he has already had three primaries and one heavy for sale since the start of the game so its prolly going to be a secondary or heavy just my guess though.
