it's actually not hard to piece together your own DZ 302 chevy. it was mostly just off the shelf gm stuff. older guys just really have no clue how slow most of the older stuff really was.

Older guys just know that cars are not only just about speed. Those who don't get it, never will.

Oh I get it. I have a 455ho trans am. It just pretty much sucks in every way compared to new cars except for the cool factor. It's a different driving experience.

The old ones can be fun with the right updates but like the Red Devil video shows it's probably not enough to catch a new one. Hell the ZL1 was stock in that clip and against a couple light mods or a new Z/28 it'd be all over.

Here is a pic of my updated for my '67 SS.

Im not saying all..but enough to make me notice.

This new car is all technology the one guy says.....but the z28 still beats it....the new camaro has good power but the z28 still beats it. They went on and on about how the 69 would beat my car in most categories. I like the old muscle cars but I think people just don't know hard hard these cars can run. What do you guys think.? I'm in noway putting the 1969 z/28 down....I just think my car is being underestimated.
what you'll find in life is most people don't know much about most thing's.
