Here is my dumb question of the day. How do you remover the originals and how do you install these?

I'm sure Glen E has a real good way- but I use dental floss......pull it behind it

I use the same method as asptroopa1........use dental floss or a thin twine of some sort and use a "sawing" motion back and forth and it comes right off. Use a little Goo Gone to get any remaining residue off and you are good to go.
Make sure that you "mark" somehow where the replacement goes so that you get it aligned properly

Any way that works is a good way, I use fishing braid as it holds up better than floss, and cuts like crazy- even your fingers- be careful....the trick with any thing you use is don't get impatient, let the goo gone do it's work, use an eye dropper and irrigate the adhesive every 15 min for an hour, the badge literally falls off.
