how do you remove window film tint?

What is the best way to remove window tint. I just got a GMC & someone put a light tint on the front window. It has a few bad scratches in it already. I would like to remove it. What is the best way?

Dont use goo gone! It will dye your interior panels. Go to a dollar store and buy stuff called TOTALLY AWESOME. Its a degreaser, safe for the interior. Its what my tint shop uses also. Just spray, wait, and peel using a new razor blade.
