As for the silverado's, I like them.. to an extent. They look nice, have power but the build on the interiors seem cheap to me. I used my girlfriend's dad's GMC Denali 1500 to tow a bow and all the plastic pieces started shaking. That was an immediate turn off for me.

I'm curious if the Raptor would tow well.

Boats and cars weekly probably. I feel very confined in the 'half-trucks' as I call them. After my accident in my Ram 1500 I don't feel safe in a whole lot for trucks to be honest

I have been in a Raptor crew cab while it was towing a fairly large boat and it seemed to handle it fairly well. The raptor wasn't stock engine wise (LTs, exhaust, tune and intake) though. Also I will say the MPGs were absolute crap, it averagedlike 6-8.

But man driving it without a boat behind was a blast. As soon as you put it in drive you knew the truck has some power. It can break loose while still in 4WD on pavement.

Working on trying to make people happy :( However, I just picked up an LFX Impala intake manifold, which I'll probably try to stab on the car in the near future and make some UTR (Under The Radiator) intake to play with, but it won't last long as it's a fair weather only setup, once it starts to rain/snow I'll have to ditch it.

Sounds like that'll be a tight squeeze. I'm surprised you haven't made your own intake manifold from scratch by now. You've pretty much fab'd everything immediately upstream and downstream of it, so ya might as well.

Congrats... I haven't gotten a ticket since 2003... With the exception of fix-it tickets for no front license plate which are always easily remedied.

Not sure how far back your record goes before it doesn't appear because I know I got a speeding ticket back in 2010 in my hyundai lol
