Guess I have to learn to embed these too.
Just copy/paste them into your text box.

I actually have better dance moves than that but I have neither the outfit nor the body to go in it.

Good morning crew. We got some rain that was not really expected last night so the temp is supposed to rise more slowly & not get quite as hot as expected. Soooooooooooooo I am going to get outside early & give Ruby a good bath. Have a great Saturday crew!

I don't if anyone still has raised white letter tires on their vehicles, but my Chevelle does, as it did back in the day. I could never get the front ones totally clean until today. I used Tide Boost as per the instructions and used a green 3M scuff pad to scrub. Now the white letters are totally clean. The picture does not do justice to the difference.

Bright white letters are good.

The letters look great Rick!

Well the weather forecasters really screwed up the forecast today! It rained/stormed off & on all day. In-between it was literally a steam sauna outside. You walk out & immediately your glasses fog up. So needless to say, Ruby did not get a bath today. I made some cookies & learned to use my ice cream maker instead. The ice cream maker is a little of a learning curve. Well, if you have ever made ice cream with an old fashioned ice cream maker it is anyway. I had a couple of disasters before I learned you have to follow the directions precisely & forget what you sis the old fashioned way. I also experimented with the recipe trying to cut down on the added sugar and that will also be a learning curve. It is not sweet enough so I will have to tweak on that some. I'll get it though & it is a whole lot less trouble than messing with all that bagged ice, rock salt, & disposing of all that salty water. It ended up being a nice cool evening after the last round of storms moved through & we grilled out some normal size steaks (as opposed to the monster ones his mother does).

This Chevelle is my first car. I know what you mean about those 1973+ Chevelles.

Welcome to here!

Took the Chevelle to our local cruise. Should have brought my camera as there were tons of cars there. I'm amazed the local Mustang club, Dodge Challenger, Dart, Charger clubs, and VW club can bring large numbers of members to this cruise, but hardly and Chevy type clubs come to this cruise. The Mustangs and Challengers had a HUGE turn out.

My raised white letters sure looked good.

Going to try and take on the color shift halo install today. I will try to remember to snap some pictures of the install. I am a bit nervous about this one but I think I can get it done. Wish me luck.

Good luck! Hubby gave it a try, but it was too difficult for his novice skill level. Not much of a working on cars kinda guy. He's really good at carpentry stuff, building and designing stuff, but working on cars not so much.

And to have a shop do the install was just too pricey. I think the instructions said something like a five to six hour job! It's definitely a great look, I love the effects especially at nite.

Can't wait to see some pics!

Good morning crew. It rained again overnight so it is a steamy morning again. No specific plans today other than visiting my dad. Guess w will find something to get into. Good luck with the Halo install Zandron. Are you doing the bake 'um in the oven kind or the ones with the plug & play thingy? Have a great Sunday crew.
