I looked this up on wiki and it basically just states that it's a reusable rocket. Then it goes into all the testing it's done.
Are they trying to develop a rocket that can go out in space and drop off it's cargo, then come back land on the launch pad? I wouldn't think it could hold enough fuel to do that.
