Hubby made me one of my favorite appetizers: French bread or Italian sliced 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, then generously covered with home made pesto or a really good quality store bought pesto. Then crumble some really good smoked salmon, or you can use thin sliced smoked salmon, and cover with a thin layer of chavrie goat cheese, I like one made with sweet basil. And lastly top with a gourmet seafood and crab dip. Toast, and prepare for taste bud ecstasy! Wow, he's really trying to get Lucky!

I just started to do some BBQ compatitions. Here is a practice rack of ribs I did awhile back.
I'm doing some catering and weekend market shows for my BBQ. On average I sell about 100lbs of Brisket, 75lbs of pulled pork, 30 to 50 racks of ribs, and what ever else I feel like cooking that weekend. I'll post of more pictures of some of the meats I have cooked soon. If you're wondering I use a Pitmaker Vault on a custom trailer made by Pitmaker in Houston TX.
