I tell you what it has my attention, 4 doors, the interior is nice, and performance.... I can see a trade coming, but I will wait to see what the reviews are and if Chevy or ford has an answer...

The Z06 specs are out. It is rated at 650/650 from a 6.2L engine with a 5yr/100k mile warranty. A 7-speed manual with rev-matching or an 8-speed auto. It has 4 modes as well to adjust the car for different needs. There is no track times or 0-60's to compare.

It will be interesting to see Ford's reaction.

Cant wait to see the Z06 numbers. I hope they keep the weight down though and it didnt gain weight like the Z51 did. Its a fatass compared to the Viper which is only 5 hp shy of the 650hp Z06. Please dont let GM mess this up!

Hellcat or SRT8 to be parked next to my ZL1.

I will admit the Hellcat does sound sexy.

So you're saying that's one of those cars you have to sneak up on to get in.

I would rather take that vette in your Sig with 700HP. Hell, I would take it as is. Who am I kidding? However, I like this better than the out going model. I do wish they would call it something other than charger though. They are supposed to have two doors.

I like the way Dodge is thinking but this thing is ugly as sin. Like the Challenger Hellcat the price is as impressive as the HP. Would be nice to see them join the the rest of the world in the handling dept. Hard to compare it to the current SS sedan, which I love but a next gen SS with an LT4 would put this thing to shame. Not sure they could build it near this price point though.

I agree. This is one of those cars that have really grown on me. I'm just not ready to go back to a vette yet. I still need that back seat for a few more years unless I give up some other toys which I'm not ready to do just yet either.

Lol, I politely disagree. Nothing about the camaro interior is attractive. But GM can't please everybody.
