can't find the off topic section

First off, this should go in the off topic section, but the "new post" button on every other section is not loading for me. I am trying to see if this site is legit, not a pyramid scheme. I just need you all to click on this link, and nothing more. I am not trying to scam, or anything. It supposedly pays per click on the link, and I am trying to see if it will actually work. The only reason I am doing it on C5, is that it is the only public form I have to try it on (no facebook, etc.)

Thank you guys, and if this is not allowed please remove!
