In industry lexicon, this isn't a "mule". It is likely a pre-production model undergoing evaluation, likely at this point in time, similar to GM's CTFs.

Mule would be using an old Mustang to test the new underbody, chassis and powertrain which is typically done well in advance of having an actual car to test with.

Ford will bring the big guns out when the next gen camaro arrives. Ford didnt have to bring anything really to the 2015.

But to be fair, this is Dodge new platform and Gen so they're are only making Ford look bad . Because 2015 is Ford new platform and new Gen! When Chevy has their new platform and Gen coming out 2016! But also Dodge is showing all of its guns now in one model year! When Ford and Chevy show their guns over the life of the model year! So we'll see what Dodge has left once Ford responds and Chevy brings their new platform and model car to play!
