Hellcat is officially $59,900

F'N A!!! Figure in 2 years when my SS is paid off, and if Chevy does not make a monster of its own, at that price I will be looking at a Hellcat, Black on black thanks.

I grew up hating Dodge for 2 reasons, 1. Al Bundy, 2. my first car was a 87 Chrysler lebaron. Also being a police officer I have heard nothing but bad things about the Chargers holding up to the rigors of the job. But I really feel that Dodge has taken a turn for the better, and I hope I'm right, because I want the big 3 from Detroit to fight to the death for the best Muscle car.

My Challenger is holding up way better than my friends Mustang. Also, here is a display from a huge Dodge event happening in Portland.

$59,900 FTW!!!

Dealer markups...this car will sell out the door for 67+k....The GT500 is still selling for that much and it's discontinued. This is a cool car, but will become outdated soon. This platform is nearing it's end cycle. Get one if you have to run low 11's. Otherwise, wait for the SVT and Chevy's answer. Still a cool ass ride..

As a Chevy guy, my plans were already set in motion by the 2013 GT500

$51,900 (0%) 2013 ZL1, April 2014
$10,245 Lingenfelter LPE700 eta spring 2015
$62,145 total

More than enough...
2 year, 24,000 starting in the second year
Drive train proven to be built proof.
Magnetic ride control so it rides like a Caddy.
I keep cars and drive them and I will be happy with my Blue Ray ZL1 in 10 years.

No reason not to be happy. You're normal.

It's all the ass-clowns that have to self justify their purchase by informing everyone else that there's no way x brand could make y car for under this price.

And if it is this price, y car just won't be a good drivers car like z car.

And even though it's a great drivers car, it's still an x.

Just the douche bag types. I hope deep down they're sad the HellCat offers 127 more horsepower than their car. I hope they cry at night.
