Yeah the precut vinyl overlays for the emblem. so you could overlay it over the gold. or better yet paint or vinyl the inset and then put the punisher over that.

like that. But larger. so the shape og the bowtie cuts off some of the skull. more like the one in my avatar from my cadillac.
