This thread just goes to show how much confusion Chevy causes by naming it the SS

...or how little people read the posts before theirs or even possibly a lack of comprehension of the written words as they say them in their head.

Nonetheless, it still easily confuses the vast majority of people when I tell them about the Chevy "SS". They usually say "SS what?".

Sorry for thread jacking OP.

IBM...I also agree that SS is just not a good name. Great perf. or trim package including SPID code...but not a good standalone name.

Now back to your regularly scheduled post....

It just looks like a piece of shit unless you are looking at it head on. I was thinking about it but decided Camaro.

Or a new name plate. We don't have to continue digging up names from the past and/or trim levels as models.

Yes, Guilty as charged for assuming that SS, in a Camaro5.com forum would not stand for a non Camaro.

Frankly a lot of car for the money.

And to be clear, the LS3 makes up for pretty much any complaint.

Roomy, reasonably quiet and a rocketship of a sedan. Nuff said.
I have a G8 which is very similar. Love the car and the extra HP the SS has would make it even better.

Gas mileage isn't very good though. Oh well!

If you're really looking for honest feedback you're not likely to get it here. I would recommend looking at the SS Performance Sedan Forum.
