Hellcat Press Reviews

What car(s) will the automotive press test the Hellcat against? The GT500 was against the ZL1. The Z/28 against the GTR.

How do you predict each will end?

Good question..... Since its a 2015 , not a road course car and the GT 500 is done... It would be silly to road course it against a zl1 or z28.....

Good question. GT500 is gone and beating the Z/28 performance on a roadcourse ain't gonna happen in a 4,400lb+ car on 275/20s.

Still cool that an American (well sort of) car company cracked 700HP. Better question might be this: How high will the power wars go?

SRT stated in an interview when the Hellcat was under development that this was their grand finale...I think we are at the peak and its coming to and end... no complaints by me.... to put things into perspective, I was excited about a Mustang with 225 hp in 1987...lol

GT500 might be dead (for now) but I almost guarantee it, and the ZL1 is what most mags will put the Hellcat up against. It just makes sense.

But for fun we will likely see it in some cool straight line drags against other high end cars.
