It means it's built and it's either waiting to be loaded/shipped or it could be waiting because it's been pulled for additional QC. It's a bit frustrating because you know the car is built, but it's kind of in a state of limbo; you don't know when it will be updated. The other status codes, for the most part, are more finite.
