I'll be happy if she never barks.

Did I tell you about her puppy nightmare she had earlier this week? She was barking in her sleep.

So Sunday night in the middle of the night I heard yapping, so I went out to the kitchen where we keep Maggie's crate. She was sleeping and crying and barking in her sleep. I woke her up and opened the door and she leaped into my arms and wrapped her arms and paws around me. She had me in a puppy grip. I was so tried and she shaking every time I put her down. I felt bad so I put her in bed with us and she snuggled next to me all night.

Poor pup, I wonder what she had a dream about to be so scared.

I don't know, but she was scared. I never had a dog get terrible nightmare like she does. Usually they just kick their legs and whimper.

Well I ran out of gas this morning...

Had the low fuel range kit on yesterday before I came home from work. Drove 15 miles home, then 5 around town for dinner. Drove 3 miles to PT did that and then started her towards the gas station up got to the stop sign started the turn and then the engine cut out.

My boss's boss stopped to help me and I was a block from the gas station.

I thought we might have an actual light that comes on when we hit E but nope, we don't, and now I know.

Though thought we had an 18.9 gallon tank I filled up 18.2 gallons, so I guess the way the tank is shaped it doesn't fill all the way? Or just couldn't reach the other .7 gallons? Since that could have gotten me to the gas station

Lesson learned max range is 430miles on a tank and fill up around the 400 mark or just after the low fuel range dings since no other ding after that

Fun morning, and funny morning for my boss's boss making fun of me since he knows me by my car anyways

I will reveal what was done in due time lol, but I will say this the install was super easy, fast and I didn't pull a Kevin at all!
I think I'm in the home stretch of having something that will work... But I need a new volunteer to try it out. A guy that would love to drop about 15 lbs off the front of his car... Someone like yourself.

I had to sink $1000 into our winter beater. The fuel tank strap rusted away and snapped. This caused the plastic tank to shift and rub the drive shaft which created a near hole in the tank. That strap also held the fuel filter which started to leak as well. So now it has a new tank, strap, filter, and sending unit. Still cheaper than taking on a payment for a new car. I swear that car breaks down more sitting in my driveway in the summer than it does when we use it everyday in the winter.

Good luck! If there is anything I can do to help let me know and I am sure we can work something out.
