I got the flu and while I was down with that I caught a cold, which my body couldn't fight off both at the same time. Because of that the cold turned into a sinus infection. I was also very dehydrated. On top of it the meds they have me on make me feel like crap and dehydrate me even more.

So it is a whole mix of things making me ill.

Plus side. I lost 10 lbs this week.

All I know is.......I am getting the flu shot this fall. I have never experience so much pain in my life.
