Thanks. I'd love to put this behind me but one thing's for sure, my shoulder feels so much better almost instantly.

CFD, I wish you the best and will keep you in my prayers. Great info over at youtube.com type in the heading ... the bright side with ben fuchs, just type that in and he has a lot of nutritional info on muscles and taking care of yourself what ever going on from food, pain, every thing. He is a pharmacist.

Yesterday we were lifting in the shed out back of the gym, where all the strongman toys are at, and heard something I did not think I would here lifting. "Hey Jason, your truck is on fire". Jason is one of the bigger pros working out and we went outside and sure enough, the whole engine compartment was in flames, with fire trucks on the way. He steps out behind me and goes "wow, look at that thing burn". He had been working out for two hours before it caught fire. no one was hurt and not other vehicles were close to his to be damaged. It added little excitement, but after watching it for about 5 min, back to training, show over. It was onto the Stone lifts.

oh man that sucks about his truck! back in April at the Memphis International Speedway, there was the Super Chevy Show and some people decided it would be a good idea to park in tall grass...yeah there were cars that caught fire that day. no show cars or anything though.
so are there any of the guys you workout with that will be competing soon?
