Dude I'm 22 and just got my first parking citation like a month ago for being over the meter 6 minutes.

The hell did you manage 3 speeding tickets? With a officer as a father no less?

OP- people are douches. I usually have asian cars rev when they see me and then take off, I usually laugh hysterically at there 100 horsepower. Camaro's either ignore me or are super cool and we race down the highway taunting each other for fun.

Its not that hard. I was careless. I got my corvette when i was 19 and got 3 speeding tickets on the freeway. (My dad being a cop for the city) the highway patrols could care less.

So.... you created this thread about how this other Camaro owner menaced you & tried to goad you into a street race, of which you proudly proclaimed you had no intention of accepting. Then, turn around a few days later and say you would have obliged but you were short on lunch break time?

^ That's what I was going to say. If it did happen OP, good work keeping cool.

As far as comradery among Camaro owners goes, it does exist. Not with everyone but it does exist, I've experienced it meeting people from this site and at random with total strangers on the street. I don't make the mistake of expecting it but it's certainly there with the majority of Camaro owners I think. Anyway if it was an apparition or something would this site exist? Doubt it.

Two of your posts that tell me so:
"Man can't get me started on tickets. I've had 3 already. My dad being a cop told me if i got anymore he wouldn't cover or help me get out of anymore. 3 being highway patrol they don't care if your dad is a city cop. haha"

Never had problems with other Camaro owners, usually a thumbs up or high beam flash when driving in the opposite direction. its usually the shit boxes that crave attention.

I usually get the Subbi WRX's or Diesel trucks, since all diesel trucks blowing black smoke out of their wanna be stacks are race cars now too. Or some moron in a Civic with a fart can. I usually let them play thinking I'm just another Joe Blow Camaro owner with three hundred something HP to the tires. You should see their faces when I decide it's enough I put the pedal down opening up over 600 rear wheel ponies. If you've ever heard a fart go in instead of out, that's what their cars sound like. The best comment to date was a guy I was forced to school pulls up to the light, rolls down his window and says "Man, that thing is nasty"! Duh! Hahaha

Okl, I'm gloating. But I have a Camaro. We're all stuck up pricks. hehe

Maturity is a beautiful thing! I used to do stupid shit like that when I was 25 and drove my 82 Z28. Got polished off by Porsches a lot! LOL

When I drive my 1LE I get stupid 20 something kids flying by me and revving the motor and BS. I just flip them my permagrin and keep cruising. Older, wiser, more money in my pocket, and fewer stupid tickets!

The guys blowing smoke out of their trucks are funny to me. Most of them aren't even that fast and they always want to race.

I get the older wiser part since I'm older and wiser. But these cars are made to run. Disclaimer: I only race to the speed limit. They make Cadillacs and Lincolns for cruising and smiling. I'm older and wiser, but I'm not ready for the retirement home, nor am I'm giving up my competitive nature. Keeps me young. No tickets either, that's where the wiser part comes in. lol

I've been disappointed in the lack of camaraderie among Camaro owners around here too. I don't get as many waves as I should whenever I wave to them...usually just a strange look.
