I wasn't merging I was changing lanes and had my blinker on and it wasn't a quick pop in it go over in a normal fashion, I was in the far left lane of a three lane Hwy and wanted to get in the middle lane so I could then get closer to the right lane and to my exit a few miles up the road. I wasn't mad at the lady for what she did I just thought it was funny that she just had to get in front of me after I filled the gap. I am not much of a risk taker and will only lane change when I know its safe too or I know my car will fit there without getting rear ended or cutting someone off. Maybe my definition of cutting someone off is different than everyone else's Getting cut off means you had to brake or else u were going to hit the person who was changing lanes/ merging in front of you cause they misjudged their car dimension's. If there is enough space to fill the gap that is not getting cut off IMO.

Fair nuff...I've seen worse for far less too. People can be funny when driving sometimes.

I would've done the same thing if you were only 3 to 4 feet from my car.

Just because you have your blinker on, doesn't give you the right of way.
