Day running lights LED not working
So figured with all the knowledge in this site someone can help me. I change the DRL in the 2012 beetle we own. The LED works when I turn the lights on but it doesn't when they are off. Now with the regular bulbs, when the switch is off, they are on as DRL. What do I need to do so the LED bulbs come on as DRL when switch is off?? Thanks

Are they individual LED wedge-style bulbs or something like that? What happens when you pull the bulbs and reverse them? LEDs have a polarity.

Yeah edge style bulbs.. Well when I reverse then they won't turn on with the switch. But I haven't tried reversing them to see if they are on with the switch off
