Ricers are about tackiness and attitude, not the car itself.

Hum my old Celica with factory high wing was Ricer without anyone even touching it.
Purebread rice..

Also denote that not in any way do I mean Ricer in an ethnic slur. Just the humor of like what we have been talking about tacky and just 4 bangers with loud exhaust etc.

So that no one thinks we are being racist etc.

i won't call you a ricer but some people will,

If the exhaust is decent and the spoiler functions then your a Tuner

ricers are non sport cars with useless and tacky body mods

Why are you getting upset about what other people think of your car?

Yeah, that spoiler is stock.

The main thing you must know about 'rice' is that it is the result on cars from 'ricers.' You're catching on to the concept: it's bad attitude combined with tasteless/ugly cosmetic modifications possibly combined with supposed "performance products" that give no benefit in hp, handling, etc. whatsoever. So stickers of parts that aren't installed on the car, a huge wing that does nothing, a cheap body kit, and coffee can exhaust tips are what can be constituted as "ricer mods." A 'ricer' does any of these things and can also be a jerk to other drivers.

Of course, the styling of 'tuners' is different from muscle car and exotic styling, so people prefer the look and sound of a certain type over another. So, driving a stock car with no mods does not make you a ricer. If you drive a car like an STi that makes a certain amount of sound, it may not be pleasing to someone's ear, but at least you'd be driving smart and respectfully, thereby avoiding any further criticism. Whereas driving like a jerk would earn you the title of 'ricer' just because you drive an import with an exhaust that's loud and your hood scoop and spoiler are stock.

In any case, just make sure that if you plan on modding your car, make sensible and effective modifications rather than "all show, no go" modifications, especially cheap ones. And of course be respectful, responsible and keep it on the track.
