Ammo leather lather, Adams total interior cleaner, SCG cockpit cream I think it's called.

APC is good but not the best, unless you have d103. Something that suds up is the best for leather in my findings.

But sense really cleaning leather is more about technique than anything I'll just reference this video.

Like went u run a wet rag and then it leaves wet marks but it dries... I dry the car using microfiber towel along with a quick detailer. Is the towel not drying enough??? The car does sit outside over night cuz I work night shift and it gets cold at night time. So much that I went to my car in the morning and its all wet.. Is this the cause?

You need a better drying towel more than likely. Try the microfiber madness dry me crazy. Also after you put a coat of good wax on your car perfect your pooling rinse technique. I barely have any water on my car at all after I do that.

Just wait until you get everything you could ever need, but you still buy everything just to test and see ....

You want something with little foam for the interior. Hands down. Foam doesn't do anything but allow cling and dwelling which is pointless on the interior.

The towel isn't the issue. The issue is that there are water spots and or minor etching on your paint which become apparent when damp. Seen it many times.

You need to treat the problem, not just throw money at it.

Clay, possibly polish, then seal or wax and make sure not to let your sealant or wax fade to failure.

Ok well. I'll get the towel and then I am waiting to buy the DA and the meguiar's products to polish.

You don't like foam on leather? Hmmm. I like foam when working on leather only.

What he sounded like he was saying to me was his rag was getting completely soaked, then it was just moving the water around on the car instead of picking it up off the paint. So to me if he had a better drying towel and it didn't get completely saturated and stop picking up water the streaks and small water spots would stop.

Obviously the swirl removal is a whole different ball game.

Absolutely not. Not only do I want to keep creating more work for myself, foam also serves no purpose in this case.

Not talking about swirl removal at all.

I'm at a lack of understanding here. If I'm cleaning a particular area of the leather and then wiping away the residue right after working that area how is that allowing dirt to cling?

And on another note has anyone ever tried Wolfgang products? I've never heard them talked about much on here, and I have never personally tried them.

I'm saying the entire purpose of a product foaming is allowing the product to cling. Not the dirt, that doesn't even make sense.

So this is useful on stuff like tires where you want it to sit and work.

Not really useful on porous leather where you don't want the foam getting into the perforations anyway.

Did you try blow dry? That's what I do... I bought a leaf blower in K mart for $20 after done washing, I blow dry the car and then use the towel no spots... and like Mike said to me always washing out the sun best in the afternoon...

Just get a good interior cleaner that you prefer and follow the steps of Larry's video.

It has worked flawlessly for me in many cars. Our foaming argument doesn't matter.

I would personally recommend you vacuum out your perforations lightly after you get done cleaning.

This is my opinion.

The foaming leather cleaners serve a purpose in my opinion. When you use a brush to agitate the cleaner, the lifted dirt gets suspended in the foam and it is easily removed by wiping with a towel. This is especially helpful on perforated leather.
