yeah, if that's true, and chevy can lighten the Camaro, it will be a nice advantage for the Camaro.

It'll be interesting to see how they stack up against each other.

49,500.

maybe I can bump that down to 42k when it's truck month.
If you ever plan on towing the camaro your going to want that. If I am not mistaken, the max towing package is what gives you the trans cooler and when we ran without it the trans got very hot. Without it we probably would have killed the tranny fluid on the trip to Texas. Not sure if anything has changed with the 14s though.

do you guys have the 5.3 or the 6.2L engine? also, here is what that package says it has:

Automatic locking rear differential
9.76" rear axle
3.73 rear axle ratio
Integrated trailer brake controller
Enhanced cooling radiator
Revised shock tuning for increased control

interesting. chevy has $500 cash back offer for their Silverado right now, whereas GMC has a $2500 cash back offer. So you could get basically the same truck for $2000 cheaper. no brainer there.

5.3L with the A6, trailer package and sport truck all in the extended cab and regular box.

The motor had no problem at all towing other than going up a large hill where it would raise to about 4K RPMs. When we tried to see how it would run without the trailer mode engaged is when we realized the trans started to heat up.

ok, yeah, makes me wonder if it's needed with the new 6.2L. Although, it would be cheaper to get the 5.3L and just add the max trailering package. decisions decisions.

if you want, you can unplug the moden and router, and plug in the power strip, and plug them back in. sometimes the modem/router can make internet slow.

We have time. Don't need to worry about that until we decide to shoot for a 2/3 child and now we don't really do anything with the Camaro or if we do something we could always take 2 cars.

or if we move back East we will need at least one vehicle with 4 wheel drive.
