My new 2SS

Hello all.

Hope to find a few good folks on here. I am far from new to the big HP / and speed cars but new to the (heavy ass) Camaro world.
I am retired Army and have built a 2004 GTO to 500 rwhp N/A. a 2005 GTO to 914 rwhp with the LSx swap, TT and meth injected and a 2003 Evo VIII to 650 awhp. Now that I am with a fraction of the income I have decided to trade in the daily driver and sell the Evo to buy the Camaro. Both the wife and I have always loved the new gens. I was actually looking for a C6 Z but decided on the 2012 2SS.
Already have done the ported TB and technostalgia tail lights. Suspension, wheels, CAI and cat back are next. Loooking to put down at least 700 with this project. (someday with my new budget) LOL....

And with the RS package on the car, I do have the Halo headlights and Hurst short shifter as well already installed. So far, I am having a blast with the car but LOLOL a lil' underpowered from what I am used to. After I got it I was dead serious to people when I compared it to my 2012 Altima Coupe DD for power. But it's growing on me until I can mod the hell out of her.....

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Been great so far. I love the car but after my 2 GTO's and the Evo, I can definitely feel the exess weight of the car. But I wouldn't give it for anything..... Well except for maybe the release of the new C7 Z06
