I'd suggest you start with the Metal Pro briefs....but if your legs are large for your body size you may want to go with the Jackd briefs as they have larger cut legs.

Ugh. Did legs today and afterwards I was feeling real weak and wasted from the work out. My wife told me about this food that helps you recharge after a hard work out. Its called Mexican food and I gotta say it worked great!

Checking in! I'm a 28 year old dude from Sweden. Been working out since 10 years back. I am more in to the hardcore type of training... Especially now when I've moved to the U.S. where you have all these supplements and awesome prices on food!

Just got home from a back session, and resting a while before it is time for session no. 2 for the day = Forearms and calves on the schedule for this evening.

My god! You guys are really having fun here! don't think because I don't post I'm not here... good news for me my back is better and ready to get back into my workout! New change I did to have better form is doing inside grip deadlift I can keep my back straight and squeeze my butt better!

Sorry! I don't usually take photos of myself, even though I should for seeing the progress :P

But I have one here that I took when trying to show how burnt I got after a day in the sun that will at least show what I looked like this winter... It more or less shows what I look like today too

Will get a better shot when I'm at the gym instead, so you guys also see the pump I look tiny in this pic
