No offense meant, but I don't get if you have a Camaro why you'd buy something else as a daily driver.
I get it if that's what the other half wants, but I see lots of guys let their Camaro/Corvette/Mustang/Challenger sit in the garage and drive some dull boring econobox everyday to work.
Some say gas mileage, but unless you have a 100 mile commute it's hard to offset the additional note, insurance and maintenance.
I heard a guy last Sunday brag that his one year old Vette only has 2k miles on it. Wtf?
Life is too short, I buy my cars to drive/enjoy them. At the end of a hard day I look forward to getting in one of my cars, even if it's for the 10 mile trip home.

It's the SEMA Sonic that a vendor had at the Fest this year. Was widened 9", had a ZL1 hood insert installed. They had the front off so it could run the autox. Check out these tire sizes!

There are times when I have to have more than Two people in the car. My 80 year old Mother In Law lives with us so she cannot get in the Camaro.
When you have a vehicle that gets 16mpg, and needs to be replaced anyway there is a case for buying one that doubles your MPG.
My Camaro has over 20,000 miles on it in less than 2 years... I drive it as often as I can and it's my preferred vehicle to drive.
Now compare that to my Vue and S10 pickup. I have owned the Vue for 2 1/2 years, in that time I have put 15,000 miles on it, mostly during bad weather and the winter. I have owned the S10 a little over a year and have put less than 3,000 miles on it.
The only reason I considered replacing the Vue with the Spark was the initial low purchase price and doubling my gas mileage.

You obviously have not read my signature or seen any of my posts about letting your Camaro sit and not driving it as often as possible.

Angrybird, my comment was NOT directed at you, simply an observation made about others that park their Camaro in the garage and drive something else instead to "save gas".

My neighbor is a good example of it; after a few months of owning his SRT GJC he went out and bought a Prius to drive back and forth to work, a 40 mile round trip commute.
I asked him why and he said it was to save money.
When I pointed out that the $25k he paid for the car would buy a lot of gas he turned red.

I do it because I can.

Let's not be discussing that here, there are plenty of other threads on that subject.
Thanks.
