It would depend on a lot of factors. If a guy comes up to you and tells you he doesn't like your car, that's not against the law. It's being an ***hole for sure, but it's not illegal.

Cops think it could have been road rage or just saw the Camaro and got jealous (he said that happens often with "fancy" cars). He actually looked for the car after IT gave them a picture and a video of him getting out of his car and walking up to me.

Then got rear-ended
then got rear-ended again in the same month
