Believe me, I have taken all of this into account. I have been reading for about 3 weeks before coming to the conclusion I came up with. I really don't want to stop having a few beers on the weekend and wouldn't stop that if I thought there was an alternative. I figure I give it a run for a month and see what happens. Nothing I am doing is unhealthy for me.

1.5-1.6 = Moderately Active (Moderately daily Activity & Moderate exercise 3-5 days a week)
1.7-1.8 = Very Active (Physically demanding lifestyle & Hard exercise 6-7 days a week)
1.9-2.2 = Extremely Active (Athlete in ENDURANCE training or VERY HARD physical job)
Good baseline.

Ideal situation is you stop following a particular diet for a week and find your "base caloric intake" the amount of calories you eat that doesn't cause you to gain or lose any weight. This would allow you to better evaluate your current problems, and develop a more accurate plan than to just listen to myfitnesspla.

I honestly believe your calories are too high, just because you feel more energized with more calories it doesn't mean you should increase them...no one said dieting will give you energy...remember a diet is about producing more energy than you take in so you indeed should feel out of it sometimes and tired

Thank you, but I am good. A month is not very long in the grand scheme of things. I know the level of stress that I am dealing with I have never dealt with in my life and it has to have an affect.

ok but please do not complain about gaining weight on here if you don't want any help...your stress has nothing to do with you not losing weight stop blaming it on other things, man up take the help qualified people are offering...

in other news just deadlifted 355lbs for 8 reps at 142lbs, I have a video of me doing that before with straps but this time I have no straps just chalk so I'm very pleased, counting it as a new PR

Lol...seeing that makes me think about working out in high school. Good times!
Got up to 675 x 4, and decided to stop there. So next week i will go up, guess I am still a little gun shy to push it.

I definitely agree. It seems like you fall into the category of "prolonged elevation of cortisol levels" so I would agree with you taking steps to counteract that. Goodluck to you! I hope everything works out perfectly to you.
