Don't laugh, it's a serious matter...

For the last month I have had my Saturn Vue in the shop because the transmission started shifting badly. The first time I took it in the found the Cooling lines leaking along with the Axel seal. The fluid was low and they said that caused the bad shifting. As soon as I drove off it was still shifting bad, so I took it right back. They said they needed to see if there was a new software update for it. Well they reprogrammed the computer and told me to drive it a few days to let it learn my driving habits. I drove it a week and it still was acting up. I took it back yet again and they replaced the TCM. That still didn't help. So now it's back in the shop again.
Now for the don't laugh part. As a loaner the last two times they have given us a 2LT Chevy Spark to drive... Believe it or not it's not as bad as I though it would be, in fact it's a fun little car to drive around town. Now comes the part that I love about this car. We are getting 35MPG driving around town. That's over twice what the Vue gets. I am seriously thinking of trading our Vue for one of these. All we use the Vue for anyway is for short trips around town. With the trade value of my Vue and the sale price on a new Spark I figure I can trade for about $9,000.
Here is a picture of the little Spark I am driving now.

I'm still very pleasantly surprised at how well Spark sells.

They tried to sell me one of these at a Chevy dealership that couldn't help me get into a Camaro. I laughed at the guy because I though he was joking. Then it was real awkward because he was serious...

There is no way to compare one with any Camaro, I don't understand why anyone would try....
It's a lot better than I thought it would be though.

Yeah they are all over around here.
The only reservations I have about it is where it is made...

Yeah the salesman was out of his mind trying to get me to buy it when I told him "I wanted a Camaro for years now". Not a bad car if you wanna save gas on long trips, but I prefer to drive my Camaro EVERYWHERE ANYTIME

I have, but they are a few thousand more than the Spark... $19.5k for the 2LT Sonic turbo and $16.5k for a 2LT Spark...I have a Tight budget..... Better gas mileage and I don't need a turbo around town.

They should throw in a Spark for Camaro purchase made, so we have something to daily drive.

The last two used cars I bought turned into moneypits. For what I had to spend I could have bought a new one......so I am kind of leery of going used again.... I kind of want to steer away if I can...

that's why you need to find certified used. at least that's what I did with my sonic. 1600 miles on it, so I had the full warranty, basically.
