We can too as long as you know who to go to for your smog test. I have both on my car.

I have Long tubes in both the GTO and NSX and NO cats. Not all of CA counties requires a smog check.

Funny, my buddies have guns too (thanks to a certain gun ban that expired in CA and no one remembered to renew it) .... AR-15 and a few others.

Yes, a couple $$hundred and you have a tree-hugger smog test for an open exhaust.

Actually I prefer it this way. I rather be the one with open exhaust as oppose to the cars ahead of me in commute. yes I'm selfish.

Their argument is that a machine like that "can only be used for more street racing" so in the same way that they do not sell seized drugs they do not sell seized street cars. I do not agree with it, but that is the logic.

And yes. I did just resurrect a long dead thread.. because.. Easter Friday :/

How did we go from crushing cars to an anti-California thread?

Being that its a development car this doesn't make me sad or mad in anyway. Don't they also crush the cars that Magazines use for long term tests as well? I am pretty sure I read from MT and RT that their long term cars are returned to the manufactuer and crushed at some point.
