I set up the company PC and dual monitors they sent me this week. They decided they did not want me doing company business on my personal laptop.

This boat anchor they sent me is running Windows XP and some old version of IE.

Anyway, knocked down some more OT tonight. Ever so slowly, I am getting caught up.

They'd be better off with you doing their business on your personal computer than on one running the no-longer-supported XP.

Good morning crew. I am awaiting a shipment of stuff from Chevy today or tomorrow for the club event this weekend. It sounds like they are cutting back on how much they will send you but no complaints at all. I think it is really cool they do this at all. It is always exciting to see what they send. It is supposed to be windy today with showers moving in for tomorrow. Now they are saying some showers may hang around for Saturday. I'm holding out hope though as my favorite weather guy does not seem to think it will happen. Crossing my fingers. Temps are supposed to be high of 75 which would be absolutely perfect if rain will go away. Getting excited.

HAGD all.

Great family photo!

I have to buy slide scanner and go through our family photos. I am the keeper of them. My dad was quite the shutter bug!

Lookin' good! Rick! Looks like time to start planning that Ol' Farts pool party!

They have finally released the HP Tune for the LLT for test cars so I am counting the days until I can get my headers, sway bars, end links (& maybe springs) & tune. But first drag racing on Saturday.
It was an average day at work. Not too busy, but my last clients all showed up & I now leave as soon as my last client does to try to beat the traffic as much as possible. So I still have a couple of notes to do. I do love not having to make that drive to Nashville on Fridays. I hope to get off early tomorrow to do some last minute detailing on Ruby, remove the spare tire & get things together for Saturday. I got my box of Goodies from Chevy today. That is always fun.

I better get to doing my notes. Good evening crew.

What kind of goodies does Chevy send? And what kind of tune will you be getting?

Great pic Diane!

This time they did not send as much, A model car, 2 tshirts & a box of Fathead Camaro related stickers. I usually get posters, shirts, RC cars, boxes of hot wheels, once I got boxes of little folding Camaro stools, Camaro light switch cover once, sun visor sunglasses holders, stuff like that. I still have half a box of Z/28 posters left over from last year.

It is a HP dyno tune so my car won't throw codes after the headers & it will do better in drag racing. It looks like now I will also be getting lowering springs..................a new product coming on the market.

I'm really sleepy now. Nighty night.

So I hadn't really investigated tuning. Is the manufacturer HP? Are you getting it through Apex?

Up to this point there have only been "canned" tunes for the LLT engine because no one could break through some of codes in our ECU. The LFX has had a dyno tune through HP Tuners for a while now. Once they have finished with the initial test cars, you would find a dyno tuner in your area that does tunes through HP to set it up. I got my suspension parts through Chase at Apex.

I got off really early today because I have lots of overtime from evenings on the computer & my afternoon clients cancelled. So I came home, gave Ruby a nice bath & spray wax & got ready for tomorrow's drag racing. A full day of fun coming right up!
