Cause I got yelled at by Monchy.....
Still going strong only 3 more workouts left of the 2month program on Insanity. Since my last post I have dropped 6lbs and have been eating less (that is why me results haven't been as great as I had hoped). Although I may not look like all the other transformation pics you see from others while doing Insanity I am proud that through sickness, pain and discouragement I didn't miss a single day and I am looking a lot better and feel better about myself. After Insanity i am doing 1 more week of it since my friend missed 1 week and after that time to hit the weights, can go backwards! |
