Matches?

How old do you have to be to buy match sticks in Ohio? I want to make some match rockets and was thinking of going down to the store to get some but I wanted to make sure it was legal first.

There shouldn't be an age on them. I'm sure some stores would refuse to let a 5 year old buy a lighter but other than that you should be able to.

Hope we're not contributing to the next Ohio arson.

The last time I played with matches, I got the fire department called on me.

I'm not trying to burn anything. I wanted to make a batch of match rockets. We learned how to do them in Physical Science and thought they'd be fun to do again.

lol...

Reminds me of how some people burn a match to cover there farts or poo smell. I didn't know that till I was a teen and someone told me to light a match.

As far as making a rocket uh.. Why not just go with actual model rockets? Matches are fail for a rocket.

In Florida you can't buy lighters if you're under 18 but you can buy matches
