Hope you get better soon D! Well today I start my changes, eat a sandwich before hit the gym, did a nice HIIT, and since I didn't have enough time, got the shake down... less see how I feel with this changes!

I made it back from Vegas. I tried to get caught up here a little, this got really technical fast.
As far as for me, I walked enough to counteract the massive amounts of food I ate in Vegas. So I am still on my way down. My spin bike arrives next Tuesday, I have the area where it is going set up. I am very excited to get that portion of my lifestyle change going.

Today was Legs/Shoulders day: but today was different... after reading a nice article from the other exercise thread I was into push myself way higher than normal, so I took the heavy squat! Normally I go up to 185, today I keep going up! When I get to 225 I pick them up, back up and I doubt myself to squat, when I was about to put them back I look at the mirror an notice a poster behind me...
 after that I didn't think just did it! Squat 5 times!  I saw stars but I was happy!
