The nutritional label is not the ingredient list. Look at your bread choice. Not in white but in the brown it says ingredients. ALWAYS the top of the list has the most quantity, the first three ingredients are PROCESSED FLOWER, not only is it all processed, it's not even mixed with whole grains, none. Then it goes to HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. NEVER PUT THAT IN YOUR BODY. Everything after that is chemicals. I can't see the ingredient list on your peanut butter but I can see that it's JIFF. Need I go any further with that, it's junk, seriously.
Tuna, packed in water is all very similar so the ingredient list is tuna, water. Simple is usually better. |

Here is a quick comparison of your peanut butter and mine. Notice the ingredient list.

Peanut butter above is as good as it gets. There are no hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup and no salt added. It won't be a paste like yours because there are no additives to make it that way (hydrogenated oil) It will separate(oil on top) so mix it up then refrigerate, problem solved.
When choosing a bread it should say 100% whole grain, 100% whole wheat etc. NOT Made with 100% whole grain. There is a big difference. I like a bread called Ezekiel. It doesn't have high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils so it doesn't have a shelf life like processed breads so it is found with frozen foods to stay fresh. I also use Joseph's flax, oat bran and whole wheat pita bread, it's excellent for making sandwiches without added carbs. ![]() Nutrition Facts Serving Size 1 Pita (37g/1.33oz.) In order from time I roll out of bed until dinner....every hour or two....
Banana, cottage cheese Shake, some fruit (most likely cantaloupe) Sandwich Egg whites, apple, carrots Yogurt, cottage cheese I'll have another shake at some point during the day.... I get everything together on Sundays. Boil my eggs for the week and along with my fruit and carrots I preportion in ziplocks. So really the only thing I have to "fix" during the week is the sandwich. Everything above is real easy and quick to eat and can be taken in a small cooler wherever you go. The above takes me up until dinner time. On Mondays I grill meat for the week which consists of a lot of chicken breast, along with steak, turkey burgers, pork chops. And I mix in a fish during the week as well. With this I will have a fresh veggie. Mostly squash, zucchini, or asparagus. On the weekends I eat some of the above but also eat whatever I want to.
