NEVER $print/Nextel/Embarq. Same company. Worst coverage in the nation. ( I used to work there, so I've seen their unpublished coverage maps) TERRIBLE customer service. Nickel and dime you to DEATH. For the employees, the call centers are slave pits.

AT&T I've not had a problem with. Same with TMobile. No trouble at all. (I have both. One's personal, one's my work cell)

ATT has never let me down. At the beggining of the summer, when my kids had jplenty of time after school let out, they tacked up 243.00 worth of texting.

I didn't have the unlimited text on our account. What I had was, I think, 250 tms each on all four phones. I called ATT to add the unlimited and the girl I talked to CREDITED the amount back to my account, basically prorating it as if I had it allready. She didn't have to do that. Of course I didn't even ASK to help me with the bill last month when my son went 800.00 over the normal phone bill.

But my property has never looked so good.

That boys been busy.

Sprint for probably 5 years. Had Verizon before but switched in late '04 because the family was on sprint and my dad had nextel through work. When they were bought by sprint later on it pretty much cemented us as sprint users due to the cheap bills..

But service sucks, and since then the family has opted to use ATT and/or Verizon so now there's little incentive for us to use Sprint aside from the cheap bills. That being said we may switch to ATT come December once our contract expires with Sprint. I'm just wary because I have ATT for TV/Internet and hate the customer service and their service charges. (100 bucks to check a modem box.. Eff that.)

I dunno..

AT&T for the past two years - still using original 8GB iPhone. Waiting to see the Tom Tom for iPhone app to see if its good enough to make me upgrade.

If I don't upgrade to 3Gs when the Tom Tom specs/reviews/pricing comes out I'll wait for next June - plus I am no hurry to pay more for the data plan.

I remember those days .... I glad I pay my own bill, And I'm with Verizon .... the best, and we are the first transition to a 4G network .....

I currently use a Blackberry Storm ... waiting on the Storm 2

It's funny. I read an article talking about the next gen iPhone is supposed to have 4G. ATT will not have their 4G network up till long after that.

Should be right behind verizion, they wont be able to cover the whole country until 2011 anyway ...

Lets hope they start with the east coast

and the next gen iPhone should be here next spring ....

Rim is taking too long with the Storm 2 as well, that should be here in november

That mey be what I read. 2011 before the whole network is up but phone comes out in the spring of 2010

i'm happy with tmobile but my old razr is about to die. i'd like the iphone but don't wanna sell my soul to att. and the pre is too much of a troublemaker.
