Don't have the cash to. Any less miles and I doubt a dealer would let me do a straight trade/swap. Not to mention 200 bucks to swap a power steering core and 100 bucks to replace the power window motors is alot easier down the road then say.. 1200 bucks to replace the Tires, Ball Joints, and now Master cylinder..

Why Master cylinder? I randomly decided to try to run into a lexus at the meijer parking lot. I also got brake pressure back in time to come to a halt before hitting it.

What. The. Hell.

Uh, you just said I could do what I pleased with the truck because you didn't want to deal with it.

Seriously, they're pushing keeping the truck even though it'd cost us 1K to fix it which is money we don't have.. god, you'd think they were schooled in the college of obamanomics.

No cash whatsoever (in theory) plus chopping 30 bucks a month off of insurance payments.
Yea that's easy.. Much less roll over risk. It's a lot safer to drive an Fbody than an SUV without stablity control system.

Heh.. Funny because I've almost rolled it several times. But does it matter, not really.. I haven't rolled it yet, so we're still good. Then again, it's not like the Camaro will be any better, which is their rationale for fixing the Explorer. I mean it IS a truck, and not a car.. and it ZOMGSNOWS in Kalamazoo, right? Aside from a bad master cylinder, bad ball joints, and tires that have worn out after 11K miles because everything has to break at exactly 101K miles.. everything's great.

First the Monte, now this thing.. God Damned money pits..

:facedesk:

This is really turning into either a battle of semantics..

Or truly Obamanomics.

2x :facedesk:

Angry The Final Verdict

Got the final answer:

Nope. Because it's (the Camaro) too old. It's a car and therefore weaker than a truck because trucks are stronger and more dependable. Those were the words right from their mouth. They even threatened to ignore the Explorers issues now. If it breaks it breaks. They still think they can't afford an even trade OTD on a car with only 6K more miles than my truck. I even have the spare cash to title the damn thing anyway.. They said save it for the truck. Wat?

Wow.. Gee, thanks. I'm 22 and you're pulling the "We're mommy and daddy" card just because your name is on the title and insurance. =_=

I'll leave this open for another few days before I request a lock. I can't believe how retarded this just went..

Would if I could. But nobody is hiring. In fact they've refused to hire me until I've graduated. This includes fast food joints, car wash places.. anywhere I could get an odd job; nope, got no openings.

...I love my stock in Tylenol.

Update X2

Now out $850.97 for the work. Now I come to find out the truck is uncontrollable over 70mph due to ZOMG bad shimmying in the steering.

Good news: 'rents gave me the title after getting pissed over this and finally CFCing the Monte for a Focus. Dunno what I'm gonna do now with it..
