Sorry about all the paint problems folks. I'm not much into painting so I wouldn't be any help. Today is picture day so I thought I'd post a picture of my family since the Camaro has been in the garage for a couple of months now. Can't wait to get it out.
In the picture, the ol' geezer hisself is on the top left, next going right is my angel of a mother-in-law, then my son, back on the left with my hands on her shoulders is my sweet wife, next to her is my grand daughter, on the far right is my daughter.

Auto paint suppliers sell primer/sealer... use it as a base, then use compatible base coat - clear coat paints and keep everything warm, dry and clean.

That is a really nice pic & a great looking family Lightning! Nice pic HRS. I had to find an alternate route when I got close to the new office today because a stupid train was stopped in accross the road. Thank goodness I had my GPS hooked up. It made me late but I did not have an early client so it worked out. It will take me a while to learn the roads on this side of town. I'll try to post up a pic tonight.

Sound like you are becoming acclimated to the new routine Jan.
Great photo Jay! Car looks great Linda! How about some photos of Jerome, AZ for picture Friday. It was cloudy which made for some nice photos of buildings, but the valley photo is kinda blah.

Thanks Jan, Twisty and Rick.
The wheels are ZL1 knock offs at about 1/4 price of OEM (which I think are about 1K each).

Quaint is exactly the word I was thinking too. Cool pics.
I dug out an old SD card to look for some pics to post so here are some from a trip to Vegas (I have some of me with HRS but promised not to post them), Ruby with a tank & from a Who concert.

Jerome is an old mining town built on the side of a mountain on route 89A between Sedona and Prescott. From about the 1950's, it became a ghost town, largely abandoned. However, it was reinvented as a artisan community and a favorite destination of the biker crowd. It is very much a family-oriented place that you could spend a day exploring. Exploring entails walking up and down steps and hills, walking in and out of lots of shops, and eating some pretty good food. It's a neat place, at least I think it is. . They put on a yearly car show and a VW meet.

Good morning crew. I am still trying to fight off this cold. It is not getting worse & sometimes feels like it is getting better but then suddenly its back. Not much planned for today but Hopefully I can get out & enjoy some of the nice day we are supposed to have & take Ruby out for a drive. Have a great Saturday crew!
