I go just about every day, I don't go to get bigger. I go to maintain my deployment readiness as required by the Marine Corps.

So I do lots of cardio, minimum of 5 miles in 35 minutes and medium weight, lots of reps for my weight training. I do cross fit as well to kinda mix it up, but I only do cross fit Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

leg day, but will be skipping some workouts due to back, and being put on "light duty" for 2-3 weeks.

That sucks but it's better to take it easy a bit than to be down for a while.

If it does I had 6 weeks of great workouts. lol

An extra day or two of rest won't hurt, that's for sure.

Missed it! Working out at that place was depressing. The environment sucked! Love this new place. Just got my slingshot and some elbow sleeves in the mail.

First day back went ok. No issues other than I am so far out of lifting shape.

Squats and back tonight.
