Fine here is a photo I took on Monday before I started Insanity. After 5 days there isn't much of a difference

One more Insanity workout today then have Sunday off yay!!! Just finished planning out a nutrition guide for myself with 5 meals a day each with 500cal to compensate for the extra calories for the workouts and taking into account the lower amount of calories needed for my daily amount to lose weight. Only thing left is to type it up and make it look nice and go food shopping!!!!

Just be careful, don't go overboard! It's better slow and steady than fast and quitting... But i'm proud of you for make the decision and go for it! I'll be here with you plus anyone else that joins! We are going to do this!

Today was legs day! since the snow stop me for going to the gym i did a different home workout... kills to birds with one shot! Got an awesome cardio/legs workout and clean my driveway at the same time! total time 1 1/2 hours of pure non stop shoveling, squatting, pushing, lounging, and everything i came out with to work my legs! i can say it's not easy do cardio with cold temperature!
