Anyone know how corvettes are shipped to pittsburgh? Truck or train?

To clarify, Chevy does not move an order to 3000 unless reasonably certain it will be built in a timely manner; notice how it may take weeks or months for some to get to 3000 than just a few weeks (sometimes less) to get to 3800.

But in the end, I stand by my answer.

It could be. Although technically, it's the 761st C7 produced during production... not necessarily "off the line" but assigned a sequential VIN # during the latter stages of production assembly.

Good Morning Becky: When I asked you yesterday to check on RMGH9F CA yesterday, you said that I was still at 3800 which was the same status as last Saturday. This morning, I checked the Chevrolet website under Track My Order, it showed Shipped/en Route. Can you confirm this. If so, this is too good to be true. Thanks much. Have a great day.

I does mean you will have a car built. It will be a 2014 and unless something
terrible happens it will only be a 2014 model. There are very rare occassions that orders carry over to the next model year, but in my 30 years at GM Dealers I can recall it happening maybe twice and the 2nd time is a guess! The one time I remember was strike related. Otherwise, parts are getting ordered and the production is being scheduled all to get you a beautiful new car!!
