They are very good and always in my freezer. You can add chopped nuts or substitute the apple with dates or raisins as well.

Sounds really tasty. Definitely give that a try. Today was shoulders and arms (bi&tri) forearms! Then some planks/sides and T-Push-ups. Lastly 35 min on the Eliptical fat burn program. I'll switch from fat burn to cardio come end of March.

By the way, when baking as muffins I bake them at 400 deg for about 15-20 min.

I have found this recipe as my new favorite & very easy.

1 banana, mashed well
2 eggs wisked

combine the 2 ingredients & cook like regular pancakes.
To kick it up you can add cinnamon to taste, a few nuts, some ground flax seed, blueberries, raisins, or whatever you like.

Interesting. Sounds simple enough, and I just may add a scoop of vanilla protein!

I'm 18, haven't worked out in a while. I'm 5'10ish and 245lbs with a stocky build. My goal is to get down to 180lbs by July. Any tips?

If you add much protein powder you may need more liquid; egg white, fat free milk, or a bit of water to get it back to pancake batter consistency.

Thanks for the tip! I've just started using Almond Milk for the first time. Hubby bought a quart of vanilla almond milk and much to my surprise its crazy delicious. Mornings I add a big heaping scoop of vanilla protein, slices of banana and raisins to my oatmeal with a splash of almond milk, and the vanilla almond milk is even better! Of course it has more sugar than the plain almond milk, but once in awhile I like to splurge. Almond milk is very good for ya as well, suppose to be better for you than cows milk. Give it a try and see if you like it, plus you can google it and see its nutritional value.

Do you have the ability to train twice a day?

And....

How bad do you want it?

There are no "tips". Only dedication, work, effort, and results.
