That stuff looks good too! The paper towel had a similar effect for me, but I'm sure that down the road some actual cleaner/polish is needed.
The only mods I'm considering are CAI and the Eibach Pro Plus kit. I was surprised that the Eibach kit gave them 3 more MPG! I don't know if I can risk lowering the front end anymore...it's going to become a snow plow. I would also like to find a strut bar that doesn't require drilling or fabricating. |

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...&highlight=CAI Can't comment on suspension mods as only one I have is Spohn Rear Trailing Arms to help reduce wheel hop, but I'm sure if you search or post on the forum you find plenty of good info. |

haha wow lots of good info there! I picked out the same one. I actually looked at a 2010 1SS with one of these installed with a Hurst short throw, but got mine (a 2SS) instead. IDK when I'm going to buy it yet, but it's definitely clean as shit in that box.
what is fuel trim? i would think that's fuel savings. so the C.A.I. saves 5% fuel and the Airraid uses 7% more or vice versa? |

The initial drive was exhilarating! I wasn't comfortable with a stick at the first dealer I visited, so the salesman took me to a road where I could get used to it. I went up and down and didn't stall it and was ready for the road after a few passes. Man I love the sounds that the exhaust generates! I tried to capture that with my thread title
![]() Overall, I think the American car industry has been watered down so much while they try to compete with the economical stuff that Europe and Asia bring. So much of American culture is the muscle car that made being an American great. This is one of the few cars that I can say I am truly happy to see every time I look at it. Our cars were about sexy lines, striking stances, raw power. The new generation of muscle cars really sparks that fire inside me and the Camaro is by far my favorite. It's got everything I wanted in a car. I'm getting her inspected today and I anticipate passing with flying colors. She's got 8,000 miles now and I look forward to every mile ahead of me. It was surprisingly hard to find a v8 with manual transmission, but I guess that's just how the car market is these days. Everyone wants a toaster than runs on bubbles. Not me. A car to me, is the biggest motivator I could have. When I drive to work and get out, I want to do something great, like what Chevy did with this car. |

I love all the orange ones I see! I almost got one of those, but it didn't work out. That's probably my 2nd favorite color. Love the cars I see on here...lots of nice people too.
