With the Pats roster depleted so badly, they did well to get this far. Good season taken all around

Yes, very good success with all the substitutions made during the year. The Pats have a very strong system in place to get quality players at numerous positions and good depth. Should be another exciting season next year.

You dismiss Brady as if he's washed up. He had a pretty good year for having limited quality receivers to throw to and not having anybody as a deep threat. The Patriots as a whole are a very strong team and have a lot of talent on that team which is evident from the season they had, EVEN with all the injuries AND still make it to the playoffs...that's why it's crazy to think they are on a down slide....oh yee of little faith You'll have to wait until next year to prove me wrong

I didn't say they were on the down slide, I said they are not longer going to dominate the way they use to. Brady on the other hand is on the down slide, Pats fans just can't seem to admit it. I have watched a lot of Pats games this year and Brady didn't look like the Brady from 2 years ago. He missed a lot of wide open receivers this year and took a lot more sacks. He'll be 39 in 3 years and then what....

Time will tell. But telling me Brady will be 39 in three years just tells me every athlete has a finite time playing at the highest level. Tom Brady is not required to be the Eternal Quarterback for the NE Patriots. When he retires, that doesn't automatically mean the patriots are no longer a dominating team. The Pats had key players injured (and one gifted player was such a dummy and evil SOB that he's in prison for murder) for much of the season. In a league as competitive as the NFL that sort of thing is a huge obstacle. If the Pats were merely a good team this year I can't see how they came this far.

That's 3 years from now? . They were still a dominate team this year. Did you forget that comeback against the Broncos before the end of the year? Not a sign of a team that is not dominating anymore. I don't recall them getting blown out in any games this year. I just don't see how you can make a statement that they are not going to dominate anymore when they proved this year that they have some young players that are capable of stepping up. Again, you'll have to wait until next year to see if your opinion will be valid

LOL, dominated this year, LOL , they beat 2 teams in the regular season with winning records. Barley beat 2 of the worst teams in the league this year, Houston by 3 points & Cleveland by 1 point. They beat Denver without there Head coach and TE Julius Thomas. Yup they dominated.
