that could of ended differently, in all honesty after the kid disarmed him and Beaten him he should of took off running. If someone pulled a gun out on me i would Crap my pants, and i doubt that the "gangbanger" would of actually shot the Skater being that the other skaters have cameras and its in broad daylight

Yeah, but it was mostly on the part of the gang banger that nobody was hurt. He just didn't decide to man up and pull the trigger and due to that decision the skater kid was able to disarm him.

Yeah, I've been watching that video. There is a gun shot at 1:16, that's why they all run at him. If someone pulled a gun on me, I would never get off of them. That's attempted murder to me.

I wouldn't call it "man up" to pull the trigger..... IMO, it takes more of a MAN to NOT pull a gun in a stupid situation in the first place. To many of today's younger generation think it makes them look "big" and "bad" that they have a gun and the other folks are scared because of it..... until someone that is 10 times meaner than they are come along and somebody get hurt or Killed! The devastation and pain that it causes to the family of the one killed can not be expressed in words.
