Chevrolet Impala looks nice.
I'm in the same situation but won't be doing it for another few months. Upgrading to the 13-14 BMW 550i hopefully if everything works out. Going for the 550 to stay in the 400HP range. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Does it have to have 300hp or more cause there are some great 4 door cars with just less than 300hp like the Kia optima turbo or the Honda accord V6 or Malibu with the turbo 4 as well and most can be had for that price brand new and basically fully loaded. Maybe a used Buick lacrosse or a Regal Gs used might be in price range.

You can find certified used under 32k on 2013 sho awd from what I see on autotrader. Private party would be better.

My vote is for a SRT Charger, starting to see some used 392s in that price area not many but a few.

How roomy do you need in the back seat area?
If you can get away with 33" or so of rear leg room, maybe a used Cadillac ATS with the 3.6L engine. EDIT: nevermind, I see you now say 350 HP to 400 HP G8 GT is a solid choice (and yes you can easily mod these cars) Last edited by G8GT4now; 12-10-2013 at 06:00 PM. Reason: HP changed by OP |

A couple mods to a Focus ST and you can get to 300hp for quite a bit less than$33k.

Dodge Ram Quad Cab.
![]() Or an older CTS V. You should be able to hop into a 2007 V for under 20k. |

However, I would like something near 350-400 hp and the more back seat room, the better. MPG is less of a priority (famous last words )Based on replies: STR8 - Just hits the 32k mark. But there are a ton of Chargers out there and the STR8 just looks a tad different. ![]() G8 - Still a contender if I can tune it. G37S - Before I drove the Camaro, I tried it out. Not a bad choice. SHO - I saw a few 2011 SHOs. I like the interior but eh on the exterior. I'm also concerned about reliability. CTS-V - Can't find one for 32k for that is less than 5 yrs old. |

Then I would say a used audi S4 or Rs4 if you can find one for a decent price and not many miles cause they all have over 300hp dating back to when they have the V8 in the S4 cars. But I agree hard to find the CTS-V for that price in a ealier year. IF your worried about reliability is that just drivetrain wise or overall reliability in the SHO I believe a Member on here has a tuned and modded ford flex with the Ecoboost V6 and it does 12's in the 1/4 and I don't think he has said anything has went wrong with it.

Hennessey did it along with a cat-back and a tune and got 445 hp. http://www.worldcarfans.com/11304255...ord-taurus-sho There are a handful of V6TT S4s in that price range. Very small V8 S4s with respectable miles. I may do either a G8 GT, BMW 550, SRT8 or SHO now. Having 400+ hp is very appealing! |
