I don't think anybody was expecting the LS7 to stick around once the gen V's hit the scene. But we are expecting something along the lines of an 'LT7' -a next gen version of the LS7.

Gotcha... I think all the nomenclature and code names are messing us all up. I just started reading some of the new GT stuff. I didn't even know they had a "Road Runner" motor. That's damned Plymouth talk...
